Shipping Policy
I'd like to say everywhere, and hopefully someday soon I will. Right now, shipping is regularly available within the US only, but I will look into international shipping on a case by case basis. Please contact me directly for more information.
My standard shipping method is currently Priority Mail from the US Postal Service, which typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need something faster, please contact me for quicker shipping options and cost.
All shipping rates and delivery estimates are based on the USPS regional price scale and delivery time table.
Return & Exchange Policy
I consider every piece of Living Art by Leah Artware as a commissioned work of art, even if I have created it prior to your purchase. I want you to be happy, no, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If, when you receive your chosen piece, you find that it wasn't exactly what you wanted, you can exchange or return it within 15 days of receipt, for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
Returns
Once the item is returned in new condition, refunds of orginal purchase price will be credited to original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You will be responsible for shipping charges to safely return the item, and ship the replacement back to you. Any difference in price will be credited or charged at the time of exchange.
A word about Custom orders...
When you custom order from Living Art by Leah, you begin a partnership with me to find the perfect piece for you or someone you care about. Every effort is made to create all custom artwork exactly as requested. However, due to the specific and unique nature of these requests, as a general policy, custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged in shipping, please notify me immediately and I will replace the item free of charge.
