Nes Gadol Chanukah Platter Ovals
The Nes Gadol (Great Miracle) design is inspired by the Chanukah Dreidel. It is a beautiful jumble of the words represented by the letters on a dreidel, and Jewish stars, menorahs, coins, dreidels and other symbols of Chanukah. The Nes Gadol design is hand calligraphed in reverse in both Hebrew and English, in black and gold on a field of the traditional Chanukah colors of blue, white, and gold. Makes a great holiday serving platter or can be used as a tray beneath your Chanukah menorah. Also, pairs perfectly with the Living Art by Leah freeform menorah in Blue Marble. The Nes Gadol platter is available in many useful shapes and sizes designed to enhance your home's decor and your family's holiday and Shabbat celebrations.
More About the Product
A word about the sizes of these platters...
Please note that the 5"x12" oval is oblong in shape.
Oval platters have many uses and the 9"x12" size is also large enough for one average store bought challah, but will not hold two. This platter also makes a great tray under the Living Art by Leah freeform menorah or a Chanukah menorah of your choice.
The 13"x18" oval is generously sized for candlesticks and a kiddush cup, or most Chanukah menorahs. It will also hold two store bought challahs.
Sometimes smaller is large enough ~ The 7"x10" oval tray has many uses, but it is only large enough for challah rolls. Do not purchase the 7"x10" size if you intend to use it to hold a family-sized challah.
The Nes Gadol Chanukah design cannot be personalized, but an optional inscription can be added to the back. It is also available in many other shapes and sizes.
