The 5x12 oval platter is oblong in shape.
The 7x10 oval will fit most pairs of candlesticks or tea light holders.
The 9x12 oval is a spacious size for candlesticks and a kiddush cup, or most Chanukah menorahs. It should also hold one store bought challah.
